Following the instructions under http://packaging.ubuntu.com/html/udd-
merging.html I was able to merge the 4.3.13 package from Debian to
4.3-11ubuntu3.
The debdiff is attached.
Please notice that I decided to remove the '#privmode.diff' entry from
debian/patches/series since this diff file was removed previously.
