Public bug reported:

ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
wine 1.6.2-0ubuntu4
kernel 3.13.0-61-generic #100

When installing wine in a chrooted environment, I expected wine to
install just like every other package. Instead, it refuses with the
following message:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
wine : Depends: wine1.6 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I have internet connection in chroot and dozens of other packages install just
fine.
I've been able to install wine outside the chroot, without any trouble.

** Affects: wine1.6 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
