1. Login Unity desktop environment.
2. Change the scale factor to 2 in Displays of System Settings.
3. Open any image by eog with 1:1 mode on HiDPI display, such Dell new XPS
(2015) 13 9343.

* The image won't become blurred.
Actual Result:
