Public bug reported:
The gtk-about and gtk-help icons appear in most applications, under
their Help menu (Help->About and Help->Contents, respectively). The two
icons have very similar design (letter on a blue circle) but the About
icon is bigger.
The Help icon should be redesigned to match the About icon.
