Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz-plugins

If you set Application Switcher's zoom setting to 0, apps will blink in
and out in ways during transitions that even a .1 zoom will not trigger.
It's a bit complicated to give an example, but here we go -- to
reproduce:

1. Enable Application Switcher applet
2. Set Zoom setting to 0 (I used CCSM to do so)
3. Launch Firefox and maximize.
4. Launch gnometerm.
5. Hold down alt, tap tab. Notice how firefox is brought to front, and
gnometerm is hidden.
6. Release alt. All that *should* happen is the preview window in the middle
dissapearing, but instead gnometerm reappears and fades.

There is a workaround for this annoyance -- turn off bring to front.

** Affects: compiz-plugins (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
