The actual error is hidden by the UI. Could you please unset the call
forwarding settings by the use of this script?
$ /usr/share/ofono/scripts/set-call-forwarding
So, unsetting/changing unconditional forwarding would look like this:
$ /usr/share/ofono/scripts/set-call-forwarding VoiceUnconditional
<value>
"" (an empty string) should unset it.
