Public bug reported:
Settings -> Windows -> Behavior -> Window focus mode is set to Click
Shift + click on an application doesn't bring it into focus
Ctrl + click doesn't bring into focus either
Leads to pretty confusing situation when I try to copy a selected line
from my terminal and the Ctrl+Shift+C gets sent to the previous window.
