I've been following this issue for the past year and struggling with the hidden/revealed menu items just as Pasi Lallinaho mentioned above. I also have duplicates, triplicates, and even quadruplicates of the same menu item within the same groups and this compounds the problem. Deleting .config/menus/*.* + .local/share/desktop-directories/*.* + .local/share/applications/*.* in the Home folder to rebuild the menu, doesn't help, so now just sit back and wait for any new developments.
Perhaps it would be possible for the developers to consider a single master list from which the users can pick and choose their own menu structure? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1310261 Title: [Feature Request] Reflect the real menu in the menu structure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/menulibre/+bug/1310261/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
