Pat, the setup you sent is nearly the context /ril_0/context3. I always get connected to this context also when selected /ril_0/context1 which should be the right one for mobile data. The Orange World is for wap. I get connectoed to wap, having ip address, but unable to ping the world. The wap context is not the correct one for mobile data I suppose.
