Public bug reported:
We *may* start building golang-go 1.5 for ppc64el for wily. This version
of Go does not build lxd because of limitations in cgo on ppc64el. lxd
builds fine with gccgo though, so if this comes to pass, lxd for
wily/ppc64el should build-depend on gccgo rather than golang-go.
