Regarding intel-pstate vs. acpi-cpufreq+ondemand, I'm guessing these are two 
different possible configurations.
I'm not sure which I have currently.

Both `lsmod | grep intel_pstate` and `lsmod | grep acpi_cpufreq` do not
have any output.

I'll now install intel-microcode, reboot and provide the same
information.
