The issue was spotted by mzanetti regarding our rc-proposed stable-
phone-overlay builds:
18:01 < mzanetti> dandrader, in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/extra-ppas.list there's
only the overlay ppa, but not the deb-src entry for the overlay
18:01 < mzanetti> so build-dep will fetch stable vivid deps
In theory we should basically add all sources entries for the PPA, as we
do for the main archives.
