Public bug reported:

That package has been uninstalled while upgrading some other ones since the
gcc5 transition.
Trying to reinstall it, but still get a dependency issue:

gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad : Depends: libofa0v5 (>= 0.9.3) but it is not
going to be installed

and trying to install libofa0v5 also want to remove some packages:
radiotray,  gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad

so radiotray seems to need an upgrade due to that gcc5 transition and
the fact that gstreamer0.10 is going to be replaced by gstreamer1.0.
