Looks like there was no /var/tmp or we were out of inodes when trying to
make the initrd:
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.16.0-37-generic
mktemp: failed to create file via template ‘/var/tmp/mkinitramfs-FW_XXXXXX’: No
such file or directory
update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-3.16.0-37-generic with 1.
