The BIOS may indicate it on the POST summary screen if it has one but it looks like it has 4MB dedicated (not shared) according to the log and Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dell_Latitude The only way to verify if it's the same bug is to try again with the LiveCD and more RAM if you can add it. Also may try killing the deskbar applet as per Bug $105682 (which may be another duplicate).
