You have been subscribed to a public bug:

If you set a ContentStore with ContentScope.App on an import, the file
is copied into a permanent location in ~/.local/share.  Unless the
import is for ContentType.All, in which case the file is copied into
~/.cache/<appid>/HubIncoming/, which is read-only and volatile.  I would
expect it to go into ~/.local/share in this case as well, although I'm
not quite sure which subfolder it should end up in.

This is seen on a device running vivid/devel r1.
