found this bug after hitting the same issue.
-fresh install of ubuntu 15.04, everything worked fine.
-kubuntu 15.04 installs (two of them) hit this issue, resolved after adding
source:
deb
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ci-train-ppa-service/stable-phone-overlay/ubuntu vivid
main
i understand kubuntu isn't a supported environment, i expected troubles,
but thats what gave me a similar error.
