1 is fine; that sort of thing is likely to be common to Debian and
Ubuntu, and debian-boot is a reasonable contact. 2 and 3 aren't actually
used in Ubuntu, and I'd rather not introduce further divergence from
Debian by physically removing the strings when it's not necessary.
