Public bug reported:
To reproduce install lubuntu in a kvm vm with vmvga boot in lubuntu save
a larger resolution than the default 800x600 for vmvga like 1440x900 in
lxrandr in prefreces monitor settings. Launch any window and then and
then use press the maxize button in lxde to make the window maximized it
will not use the entire space like a maximized window should look.
