Public bug reported:

OpenAFS client does not work easily on 14.04.x out of box.

Tests were made on new freshly installed VMs with the server edition of
Ubuntu.

Freshly installed 14.04 (the original, not point release, I will call it
14.04.0 hereafter) came out with 3.13 kernel, it works.
Freshly installed 14.04.0 installeds openafs-clients openafs-modules-dkms
heimdal-clients openafs-krb5, then apt-get dist-upgraded continues to work, as
the kernel stayed with the 3.13 series. (reverse too works, if it is
dist-upgraded first, then installed the packages.
Freshly installed 14.04.3 comes with 3.19 kernel which the openafs version in
the repository can't compile to, see attached DKMS log. While the problem can
be worked around with manually installing the older kernel then remove the
newer, it is error prone to our users with limited IT knowledge.

I see two possible solutions:
- Patch the afs client to work with more recent kernels
- Add versioned depend and conflict to the openafs-modules-dkms' deb

** Affects: openafs (Ubuntu)
