Binary package hint: evince
In Ubuntu 7.10 Tribe 5, Firefox 2 can manage links like
"apt://name_of_the_pakage"
I tried to create such a link in OOo Writer, to export the document in PDF and
to read it with Evince but Evince didn't recognize the command.
