reproduce steps:
1.launch System Settings, disable wifi connection and enable Cellular data
2.tap Cellular to open Cellular setting page
3.the Wi-Fi hotspot change to"Hotspot disabled because Wi-Fi i..."
expect result:
when enable the Cellular data can set a hotspot to share the internet
actual result:
after enable the Cellular data and disable the wifi connection ,the Wi-Fi
hotspot setting was disabled
