Rationale: sphinx-rtd-theme is a new hard dependency of sphinx ≥ 1.3.
Security: no security history.
Availability: in universe (synced from Debian).
Quality assurance: builds itself and is able to build a test sphinx
project.
Dependencies: all in main.
Standards compliance: OK.
Maintenance: maintained in Debian by Sébastien Villemot and me.
Maintenance is very simple because it's basically a set of static files
(and a small python file defining the version).
