And another wicked 100% reproducible scenario:

- have exactly 3 terminal windows (Terminal is still just an example)
- follow the steps 1-6 in the original report
- be A the window that gets focused at step 4 and be B the window that you 
tried to pick at step 6
- repeat steps 5-6 but this time pick window C

=> window B now becomes visible but not focused (note that C should have
become visible and focused)

- repeat steps 5-6 but this time pick window A

=> now window C becomes visible, and window A (which was already visible
from before) is focused, as expected. All windows have the borders and
title bars as expected now.
