Public bug reported:
Using a Kingston DataTraveller 16GB stick, I ran into an error dialog / hang on
"Erase Disk".
Here's one flavor of the problem (be careful)
1) wipefs -a /dev/sdc
2) usb-creator-gtk
3) click 'Erase Disk'
4) give your password
5) scratch head and click 'Erase Disk' again
Expected: disk declared erased
Observed: error dialog saying
