New twist. I'm assuming this is related to this issue? I made a review edit in the App scope that was seemingly accepted -- I saw the changes locally on my phone.
But looking at uappexplorer a day later, the review change is still not reflected on the ratings server. So there's a disconnect between my local data and the server data. But a new review shows up on uappexplorer. Just not the review edit. Again, this is all from the App scope.
