Public bug reported:

On laptops in poor lighting conditions or for people with low vision the
ability to change cursor size is really nice but it currently takes at least
three clicks if you know to go into custom appearance. Searching through all
menus will be difficult if someone has trouble seeing the cursor so maybe
adding this to ubuntu mate welcome will improve the already good accessability
As this option is quite deep in ubuntu-mate-appearnce currently bringing it to
an easy button could help.

Description: Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch)

I expected it to be easy to increase cursor size instead the cursor size
took took quite a few clicks even if you know where to look which would
be hard if you struggle seeing the cursor.
