Since the original rationale doesn't apply, I'm closing this bug. It
doesn't seem to hurt anything to have the package in the archive, and
all other things being equal we prefer to keep the blacklisting to a
minimum. If you think the existence of the ppa is sufficient reason to
blacklist this package, feel free to reopen the bug.
