Public bug reported:

Hello.

First of all, thanks for the help that you can give me.

We are developing a platform with more than 1000 constants. We know that
the "Define" function is very slow.

We have read that there is a function for storing constant
(apc_define_constants) but from PHP 5.5 "does not exist" apc and it has
been replaced by APCU and opcache.

There any way to define constants in PHP 5.6 with apc_define_constants
or similar?

The code prints "apc_define_constant is not define"...

Thank you.
