The feature freeze is approaching, and Sphinx 1.3 does cause some issues
that are not yet resolved, so I postpone the upload until the beginning
of Wily+1 cycle. I will look at modernizr, too.
Unsubscribing MIR approval team for now (and setting the status back to
New to not let it expire).
