In some cases we need to know if the application was started by content-
hub request or not. For example for some kind of welcome wizard, we do
not want that to show it when the application was invoked by content-
hub.
The current API does not provide a way to query to content hub object
about this information. Would be nice if on Component.completed we could
check this information.
