Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Messaging app
2. Rotate device to landscape mode
3. Swipe up from bottom to open a new message
4. Enter many text lines or add a photo in text filed
Expected results:
The contents should not be displayed under "To:field"
Actual results:
The contents will cross the boundary to be displayed under "To:field" when
keyboard is revealed
