Please sync vtk 5.8.0-17.6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Fix libvtk4.8-qt4 shilbs file.
* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1386207). Remaining changes:
- tcl8.6.patch: Patch upstream code for FTBFS with tcl8.6
- debian/*: globally replace tcl/tk 8.5 mentions with 8.6
- debian/rules: Add USE_INTERP_ERRORLINE for tcl 8.6 compat
I fixed everything in Debian
