Test case.
- Flash the phone.
- Take some pictures with the camera.
- Open the gallery app.
- Go to Photos view.
Expected result.
- Photos page displays the photos right below the title bar.
Actual result.
- An empty row is displayed. Scrolling makes the photos to move up.
