Public bug reported:
So, I wanted to change my account settings, I went to the "Accounts"
menu, selected needed account, clicked "Edit" button, and the window
shown after that won't fit into screen so I can't save any changes I
made because OK/Apply/whatsoever button isn't visible.
I attached the screenshot where it can be seen.
My OS is Elementary OS Freya x64, and my screen resolution is 1366x768
