Can you see and kill the jobs with system-config-printer by right-
clicking the printer icon in the main window and choosing "View Print
Queue" in the pop-up menu?

Or can you see the jobs by clicking a little printer icon in the icon
bar at the top and then choosing the printer on which the jobs are?

Are the jobs listed if you run

lpstat -o

in a terminal window?

Can you kill them with the "cancel" command or kill all at once via

cancel -a
