Can you see and kill the jobs with system-config-printer by right- clicking the printer icon in the main window and choosing "View Print Queue" in the pop-up menu?
Or can you see the jobs by clicking a little printer icon in the icon bar at the top and then choosing the printer on which the jobs are? Are the jobs listed if you run lpstat -o in a terminal window? Can you kill them with the "cancel" command or kill all at once via cancel -a -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1468624 Title: job queue not populated and nothing listed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cups/+bug/1468624/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
