network-manager uses the /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/01ifupdown
script when an interface comes up.
Now that we don't touch any /etc/network/interfaces configured devices
anymore, the confusion should be gone. If you still have issues in
0.6.5-0ubuntu14, please reopen this bug.
