I'll see about getting the necessary things attached to the bug. I'd just like to point out though that this package was uploaded to debian in advance of the import freeze but went into the NEW queue because of an additional binary package (mosquitto-dev) consisting of just a single C header file. The NEW queue took a while to get processed so it missed the import freeze by one day. It's a shame to have generated all of this extra work on account of a single header file.
