Public bug reported: Something (hard to reproduce) the system is leggy, and we don't know why.
If we got a tool that can dump system status like but not limit to list the top 10 process that use most cpu, it might be helpful to debug ! I am not sure if it make sense that we change to screen shot key to run certain script to dump system status.
