STEPS:
1. install the latest rc-proposed
2. open the camera app
3. Accept the camera app can access the camera
4. tap on the video mode
5. tap the record button
6. Accept that the camera app can access the mic
EXPECTED:
A nicely recorded video
ACTUAL:
The camera goes blank, you can't stop the video, you can't on restarting the
video make the camera work any more the screen stay black until the device is
rebooted
