Reproduce:
Run the ubuntu_keyboard.tests.test_keyboard.UbuntuKeyboardTestsAccess test
suite on mako.
What happens:
It eventually (1 in 10 to 1 in 30) fails with
testtools.matchers._impl.MismatchError: After 10.0 seconds test failed: True !=
False
What should happen:
The test should never fail to bring up the OSK.
This failure causes random failures of all of USS's autopilot tests that
involve the OSK.
