Public bug reported:

STEPS:
1. install the phablet tools package
2. sudo ubuntu-emulator create --channel ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu vivid
3. ubuntu-emulator run vivid
4. run through the welcome wizard
5. Unlock the screen

EXPECTED:
I expect the emulator to be in touch mode

ACTUAL:
The emulator is in windowed mode with no way to easily change to mouse = touch

POSSIBLE SOLUTION:
In ubuntu-emulator command have an option for which mode the emulator should be
in.
