Binary package hint: update-manager
Ubuntu 7.04, all updates installed
1. Run "update-manager -c -d".
2. Click "Upgrade".
3. Watch during the "Modifying the software channels" section.
What happens: The orange star icon appears, and a notification bubble
telling you about "Software updates available" and that you should
"Click on the notification icon to show the available updates".
What should happen: The icon and bubble should not appear, because I'm
already in the process of installing those updates.
