Solved it! By pure luck I found this post https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7778652.html?sid=ba3417b8609ca71034947d0eeaabdc73
The poster mentions there that there are two different files with exact same name AthrBT_0x11020100.dfu When he got the correct file, bluetooth started working for him. And for me too! I am attaching this file not to rely on Dropbox. I will also attach his version of ramps_0x11020100_40.dfu, it has one byte difference from the other one. ** Attachment added: "AthrBT_0x11020100.dfu" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lts-utopic/+bug/1462614/+attachment/4453553/+files/AthrBT_0x11020100.dfu -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1462614 Title: Atheros bluetooth [0489:e076] doesn't find the devices To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1462614/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
