Solved it!

By pure luck I found this post

The poster mentions there that there are two different files with exact
same name AthrBT_0x11020100.dfu

When he got the correct file, bluetooth started working for him. And for
me too! I am attaching this file not to rely on Dropbox. I will also
attach his version of ramps_0x11020100_40.dfu, it has one byte
difference from the other one.
