STEPS:
1. On the wily desktop open the browser app
2. Login to trello and go to one of the boards you use
3. try and move a ticket from one lane to another
4. try and move a ticket up and down in the same lane
EXPECTED:
I expect the card to pop out and move like it does in other browsers
ACTUAL:
You can't move a ticket at all.
