Public bug reported:
When I run
sudo apt-get install python-pip
pip install gprof2dot
stdout indicated both operations succeeded, but gprof2dot installs to
/home/USERNAME/.local/bin and this is not in the PATH variable so I
can't launch gprof2dot naively.
