Hi Joseph,

Unfortunately, this is the first and only time I have seen this 
problem.  I was running for 84 days before it showed up.  I didn't see 
it 3.19.0-15.  I installed the current version on August 18.

I'm happy to run an upstream kernel but don't know how to verify if the 
bug exists or not other than run for 3 months and have no problems.  I 
suspect there will be more kernel versions to appear before I run long 
enough to guess that the problem is gone. Please let me know if you 
still want that or if there is other useful debugging I can do.
