+ Drop from D (mate-desktop): yelp.
+ Add to D (mate-user-guide): yelp.
* mate-user-guide: Move .desktop file for mate-user-guide into
mate-user-guide bin:package. Adapt lintian override, add Breaks:
entry to control file, adapt *.install files.
