Public bug reported:

Judging by the left-over drafts I have laying around, it must have been
around middle of November of 2014 when enigmail started to encrypt
drafts by default.  I don't see a way to turn it off, either.  That is
pretty annoying and I never asked enigmail to do this.  I am running
trusty.
