I installed ubuntu 15.04 from scratch and discovered that it is not
possible to edit krdc bookmarks. After raising a bug on the KDE bug
tracker and finding out what might cause the problem, I discovered that
the /usr/bin/keditbookmarks binary is in the kdebase-bin package, which
wasn't installed.
I installed kdebase-bin and immediately the bookmarks editor was
available.
So I am fairly sure that the krdc package doesn't have the correct
dependencies.
